I received this unit today, and it is awesome! I have used the PM3031 device for months now, and it has given me a lot of relief for back pain. I have wanted it to give a little more kick like the unit the chiropractor uses after a back adjustment. The PM3032 delivers this. It produces a deeper stimulation into the back muscles and gives a greater massage feeling. As a comparison, I always operated the PM3031 unit at full 10. I also operate the PM3032 at 10, but it gives a much stronger feeling, as well as having the headroom to go up to level 15 if needed. I am a male, 170lbs with an average build. Some may not need the additional power, but it is great to have it there. I highly recommend this device as a TENS treatment product which performs like units at the chiropractor.

MAXIMUM POWER !

Bought this a while ago and have been using at least twice a week to relieve my lower back pain. I really enjoy the versatility it offers from the various stim settings and power settings. The large pads are another very nice feature and adhere well to all areas I need to have work on. Being compact will make it easy to take when on vacations and can be put to greater use. My suggestion if you are experiencing constant lower back pain and need relief I'd spend the little extra money it would take to purchase this MARVEL.

Better pain relief than meds

My PM3032 TENS unit gives better pain relief than the pills that the doctor prescribed - without the side effects! Very important when you still need to work to bring home a paycheck. The PM3032 works better and has more options than the one the doctor prescribed. I like the auto-modes where you can select the area that hurts and it varies the treatment all with the press of a few buttons. The one prescribed to me you had to press several buttons, turn a knob and only got a single treatment mode.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy to have this! I would like to offer a suggestion for improvement-there should be a back light for the screen. It is extremely difficult to see the screen unless you’re in a well lit area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] went to the doctor today and told me I had nerve damage and sciatic pain it ran from my left side back all the way down my left leg so badly I could not hardly walk but this unit and ran it through a couple of Cycles and got up and walked around pain free Simply Amazing!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from Fibromyalgia and have two "frozen shoulders", basically meaning that when I try to move either arm above shoulder height I get terrible sharp pain in my shoulders and the muscles ache all the time. This little guy is POWERFUL. Level 10 does the trick for me, with actually putting it back down to 9 at times. Love this thing! If you have constant pain, I highly suggest it - worth every penny!
