[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought one and because of my disability, I use it all the time. It works so well and is so comforting that I purchased one for my Mother-Law and another one for my Mother-in-Law. All three of us think it is great. I highly recommend it.

It's been a lifesaver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although it seems like years ago, it was only three days ago since I went to Walgreen's and purchased this unit. My back pain was killing me and I was unwilling to make a third ER visit in less than two days. I was pretty much willing to buy out the store in search of back relief.
I stood in the aisle for quite some time trying to choose the right one. The one by Aleve was the only one I was familiar with, brand wise. But it just didn't look as durable and versatile as I wanted. Seconds away from choosing a store brand one my eyes drifted to the very end of the shelf. It was there that I spotted the Omron Max Power Relief Unit. I liked what I was reading and seeing. The remote looked cool, I liked that there were 15 intensity settings and I liked how programmable it was. After scooping up a handful of pain relief creams I made my way to the cashier. This was my first experience with a Tens Unit.
I got home and ripped that box open. It's been true love ever since. This unit goes where I go. It is super easy to use, the remote is so easy to understand that it kind of reminds me of the Jitterbug Phone for older people. I don't think even my Dad could get confused with it.
It has really helped my back pain. Making it tolerable. Without fail I use it first thing in the morning and last thing before bed, and usually 2-3 times in between, during the day.
The only thing I struggle with a little are the gel pads. They aren't always crazy about sticking to me. But usually all I have to do is run them under a light stream of water for 30 seconds or so, dry them with a paper towel, and then put them on my back. Easy peasy.
I would recommend this Tens Unit to anyone in the market. I am thrilled with it and as soon as I finish writing this review I will be seeing what else Omron sells. They are my kind of company. Though, I do admit that I constantly see "Moron" instead of "Omron". I can't be the only person that does that. Right?!

Really works, easy to use and many fine features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this years ago. Elderly & have MS. Aches and pains age related. But other problems, e.g. cramps and spasms, MS related. My Omron Pro gives me quick and lasting relief every time. Better than topical ointments and sprays. Faster than pills. Best purchase I ever made! Bought one for a lady friend, also senior. And just bought another for my older sister.

It took a bit of trial and error to get the right strength level but once I did it works great. It give me relief from my sore hip muscle.

Batteries exhausted quickly and so did the pads

I owned a TENS unit nearly 20 years ago, and it lasted longer than 10 years but I gave it to someone who needed it. I seen this one and said, let's give it a try. I bought it months before I used it and recently have used it 4 times, the batteries go very fast and the pad are not sticking anymore. I'm not happy with it. Especially comparing it to the older one I used to own.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
