Great options to pick from

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my "pain relief" unit I use it all the time so you can imagine how upset I was when I damaged the power cord to it. I called to see about getting one and they didn't sell them. The one I have is about 5 or 6 years old. I only had it for 2 years though, and I guess it show up in the parts section for the lady I spoke to so she could send it to me. So then 3 days later a package is on my porch with a new cable, YEA!!! Now it works again. Just as good as when I bought it. I wish I did get her name so it could be mentioned, she went out of her way and went to a manager or someone and had a power cord, free of charge, delivered to me. Thank you and I'm I will keep using your products because they are Good and the customer service.

Easy and Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great addition to the STIM therapy provided by a chiropractor. Easy to use and transportable. The travel bag is a nice addition. The belt clip is well done. Many different therapy choices for different impacted areas.

I replaced my old Empi unit with the Omron unit. I like the Empi unit much better as my Empi has many more program choices and its a much more powerful unit.
Sorry Omron but you have a ways to go on your TENS unit. I'm just not happy with it.

It Really Does Work!!

I bought this recently at my doctor's recommendation for overall aches and pains. I was skeptical that it would work but it works well and relieves sore, achy, tired muscles when I use it. The little guidebook that comes with it is great, giving pictures and instructions on exactly how and how not to use - Very easy to use. I cleaned the pads as recommended and they are staying very sticky! So far I am very, very glad I purchased this TENS Unit and recommend it to everyone!!
