Peace of mind

I bought this a month ago and we are all loving it. We primarily use the fingerprint to enter the home and so far havent had any issues. Its so easy to use even when its dark outside.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and I am extremely happy with it. I have recommended it to all my friends an family. It was easily to install and set up. I will be purchasing the wifi hub next to go with it.

We appreciate ours every day. It makes it easy to come and go without the hassle of keys circulating. If we have a family member stopping by we can give them a code instead of an extra house key to keep track of. It's a solid design and just feels secure.

Great for Airbnb houses

I bought this product to put on a house that I have listed on Airbnb…
I Can set the combinations for this door, lock remotely, using the Wi-Fi adapter.
I can set the combination to be the phone number of each renter, making them feel secure that the combination is unique to them.
With the scheduling feature of this lock… I can make the door combination, only active for the duration of their stay.

I bought this lock over a year ago have yet to change the batteries I go frequently inside and outside of my house where it conveniently locks the door every single time, so there’s no need to wonder whether or not I locked the door. It has countless features, and I love every last feature, especially having people over for the holidays where they can use temporary codes that I can delete at any time At the push button.

Best home security we didn't know we needed!

We got our Lockly Secure Plus Smart Lock a couple of months ago. I was initially leery, thinking, we already have a deadbolt, and keys work fine.
Consider my eyes opened! We have two children under 10, and first of all, they LOVE opening the door with their fingerprint! It's a race to get there first! Secondly, the 'Peek-Proof' keypad is secure from peering eyes (didn't the Eagles sing, 'You can't hide your prying eyes?') should they have to enter their passcode.
And it bears mentioning, that at some point we would give them their own keys, and we all know what happens with kids and keys (or just about anything)...they lose them! The Lockly is the perfect answer!
Finally, I love being able to activate the deadbolt so easily just by lifting the door handle after leaving for added security.
Any apprehension I had initially regarding the install was quickly alleviated by spot-on instructions - average handyman skills are all you need, and we all have those!
Suffice to say, we are completely happy with our Peek-Proof Lockly Secure Plus Smart Lock! Maybe a catchier name in the future? :)

Product is great, but the warranty is just ok

The product itself is great; however, the first one I purchased started to consume the batteries very quickly. It'd drain the Duracell batteries in 4 months. I used the high-end Optimum version so it's even better than the regular Duracell ones. Once I submitted the warranty claim, they said it's malfunction due to the electronics so it's a 2 years vs 5 years had it been mechanical. They only offered a discount on the replacement lock. My parents purchased a different brand, and got a free replacement after 6 years of use, so their warranty is much better. I have the replacement now for 1.5 years, and still on the original batteries, so I think this one will be ok. Other than the warranty, I am very happy with this lock due to the features, build quality, and style.
