Had this lock for over a year and it never disappoints. Even if I'm on the road I have access to who I allow to enter my house I can control the look no matter what I love it all from the app

does work pretty good., last week mine broke., the internal bolt/latch broke from the inside., could not get into the house with key or electronic., lock turned but didnt grab or move the deadbolt.. anyway had to break into my own house in winter .. will buy another brand of internal latch.. says batteries last over a year but thats entirely laughable.. maybe, if you use the lock twice a day maximum and in perfect warm weather.. i use 4 batteries a month approx.. i still like it though.. fingerprint wont work if your skin is wet or even damp or if your skin is really cold.. in spite of all that., i do like it.. disappointed in the the lock internals as far as quality.. chinese made.. anyway., id buy another one..

I recently purchased your for a remodel. I am very satisfied. The lock works as advertised without any glitches. Fingerprint recognition is quick and not fussy. It’s stylish too.

I had this lock installed nearly 2 years ago. We are very happy with it. I have one issue with it (but it is just me, I think). I don't always get my finger in the same angle and it may take several tries for me to get it right. But, like I said it is only me in my household.
