I bought this a year ago and couldn't be happier with my decision to go with this one. I love the security and ease of installation. It's easy to use, the app makes everything convenient. Its also so much easier to give codes to friends and family instead of keys. And the safety and security of being able to assign one time use codes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy installation!

I bought the LOCKLY Secure Plus a couple of months ago and am thoroughly impressed with its operation and especially the simplicity of installation. Took me less than an hour to complete the installation and programming. The fingerprint access is awesome and my 7 year old has no trouble gaining access through the door.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Update - Finger print sensor + support

An update / First of all, I want to thank Genevieve for her excellence in customer care.
The finger print sensor of the lock seems to be functioning inconsistently.
Other than the finger sensor unlocking; all the other functions work seamlessly.
Genevieve provided a step by step instruction to trouble shoot the issue.
The instructions were clear. Unfortunately, it did not work in this particular case.
A video was created to demonstrate the workings of the issues.
To make a long story short, Genevieve resolved the annoyance.
Overall, we love the lock for the quality, ease of use and its capabilities.

Life saver!

I bought this lock after having locked myself out. We had moved to a new state so, there was no one with a spare key. This lock is amazing, I never have to worry about being locked out or losing my keys. I also love that it times out and locks itself. I bought another for my mother, who only locks herself out of her house at the most inopportune moments. I will never NOT have a LOCKLY lock again!

The best smart lock out there

We run a theatre/venue for hire, and needed the ability to grant clients access remotely and provide temporary access on occasions. Our new Lockly does that and much more. We loved how easy it was to install it and how sleek and understated it is on our black doors.
