Excellent thus far

This chrome book has been AMAZING thus far. I have owned several laptops (windows) over the years and all have been disappointment after disappointment. I can never use Windows again. Previously, I would start up windows and walk away to do something else because it took so long to boot up. It was exhausting. Now, with chrome book, I open laptop and I’m ready. No long updates which slowed windows considerable. This is such an improvement. It is so EASY to use. So far, I am happy and really impressed. I will update if I encounter any issues later. Worth every penny. I am not giving five stars because I want to see how it performs over a longer period.
I would recommend this to a friend!

i personally like that the unit is light and generally easy to use. however when using high FPS applications the machine gets a little laggy and the ping can get high.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I can't say enough good things about it.
It's doing everything I had hoped it would.
I am so glad I decided to take a chance on this Chromebook. It has been a great change from my previous laptop. It's a 10 out of 10 for me. Bravo Acer!!!

Amazing screen

I am very pleased with this computer. The resolution is very good and the screen is better than my Mac book pro. Excellent performance.
I wish it had finger sensor but other than that I am very happy.

This is my first exposure to chrome OS, and it is impressive! Fast! What stands out the the most to me is the rugged, quality build of this unit. There is more computer power than I will ever use, the display is awesome, and the keyboard is great. i don't play HIGH intensity games and don't know how it would perform with them. Now that I have been using this computer for a few weeks the 360 display is a welcomed addition.

DOES NOT SUPPORT WPA3

so far have had no problems My only real disappointment that I found after trying to setup my new wifi 6 router is that this unit does not support WPA3 This is not a new security protocol that has been around since 2018 and pretty much should be used if at all possible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like this Chromebook as it has all the features I look for. The main advantage is that It is easy to use. Also with the touchscreen it allows me to zoom in to increase print size easily. I have low vision so the Accessibility features are really useful. I love it!
The only complaint I have is that I would like to have the option to make the print in bold so is easier for me to read. Overall I consider this a good buy. I have to thank the sale person who recommended it!

This chrombook has really good performance, love the aspect ratio of screen. Great build quality and good keyboard. Hard to beat for the price.
