Failed quality control

Inside glass on both oven doors had gaps large enough to put a finger between glass and oven door frame (this is what is supposed to keep the heat inside!) The installer adjusted the glass to fix the gap. After the first use, the top oven door developed a 4 3/4" "X" shaped crack/break in the outside glass. Yes, I measured because I want to see if the crack is growing - stress fracture? I am counting on the 1 year warranty to get this right.

Predictable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the double ovens for a month. They seem to cook food “ differently “ from previous ovens. We are extremely pleased! We also appreciate the “ pullout “ rack capability so that items may be more easily visualized and removed.

Looks great but trouble with control panel
