Seems to be a great oven

This was just installed last week and although we've only used it a short time all seems to be working well. Someone else mentioned they found the controls a little finicky and I would agree, you have to touch them just right. I was very unhappy about about the glide out rack as I was told it was full extension and it actually is only about a 3/4 extension. It also didn't come with a broiler pan. Nevertheless we are generally happy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Doesn’t maintain heat

The oven simply doesn’t maintain heat. I preheat the oven, pop in food, and check the temperature: it’ll have dropped 50 degrees in the 5 seconds that the door was open! UNHEARD OF! I have never experienced this. Anyway, I’ll turn off the oven and turn it back on to reheat back up. If I check the temperature 10 minutes later by turning off the oven and re-setting it at my designated temperature it will AGAIN have dropped 50 degrees or more! Everything I have baked in this oven so far that I’ve lived in this house 3 weeks hasn’t cooked properly! Chicken that was still pink inside. Cupcakes that sunk. Brownies that were goopy inside. DISASTER! If you never cook and want a good looking wall oven, I recommend this. If you cook, FIND A DIFFERENT OVEN! (Full disclosure: I am an experienced home chef. We own a renovating business and have lived in many homes over the last decade - always putting in brand new appliances. I have never had an oven as bad as this one.)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
