[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very concerned that I cannot cook in both ovens above 350 degrees at same time without appliance shutting off. Technician is scheduled. Your customer service line makes you wait in hold for 45 minutes to even speak with someone. I’m concerned about my choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent product; easy to use - the timer buttons sometimes are overly sensitive to the touch; I love the large size for cooking many muffin tins; the bread proofing function is awesome; even heat. I would definitely recommend this product

3rd Time Failure in Less than 6mo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this oven as part of our appliance package from our builder. In the 4 months since we moved in the from panel has had to be replaced. On trip one the replaced the entire Oven. Trip 2 and Trip 3 they replaced the control panel. All 3 times the same problem has started within a week of the repair. The front trim panel starts to separate and pull away from the main unit. This also causes the buttons to be very difficult to use and operate the oven. I have no idea on what to do at this point but continue to put in claims and hope one day it will get corrected. NOT ACCEPTABLE for a brand new unit.
