Good oven, but control panel doesn't work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased these for our brand new home. They were installed in September, and by the end of October did not work correctly. We called the store we purchased them from, but since they were more than 30 days old, we got the runaround on getting them fixed. Oven alarm is not audible, and we get an error code when we try to pre-heat the ovens. Only two repairmen in our area do "warranty work" on Frigidaire ovens, so we are having to wait several weeks (during the holidays) to get our brand new oven fixed. Lesson learned.

Not working after one month!

It’s been almost a month since and Big Sandy Furniture still hasn’t repaired or replaced it. My family went through Thanksgiving without a oven and it’s looking like we may also do Christmas without one.

Still getting the hang of it!
