Troublesome to say the least - Dec 1, 2020

I bought this oven not to long ago. I'd say we've been using it since Aug 22, 2020.
There are a couple of issues that we found problematic.
1. It's been erroring out showing an E and or an F error. Today, I tapped the quick preheat button and it started to turn on but after about one minute, it beeped and showed the error. So following the manual, I waited and tried again. It repeated the same errors.. basically wouldn't preheat.
So, I switched to the bottom oven and tapped the Quick Preheat - that did work.
I went back to the top oven and tapped Quick Pre-heat and that did work.
This is probably the 5th time we've seen the error come up. Personally, I think that is not very acceptable, considering it's a brand new oven which we paid good money for.

2. The second issue we have is as per the directions, once you've preheated the oven, and the pre-heat time is done, to change from a preheat function to say, Bake or Broil, you cannot simply tap the appropriate button. We have to tap OFF first, then tap Bake, Broil etc.. This makes no sense. Why do you have to turn the oven off after preheating to then turn it back on and select a different setting?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this great oven just before Thanksgiving, and I cooked a large spiral sliced ham, a turkey, sweet potato casserole, and 2 chocolate pies. It worked like a charm! This is a fantastic oven!

Great features, easy to use

not working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was delivered Nov 17th, I cooked for the first time in it over Thanksgiving. The bottom half of turkey was not done, it was in the top oven. If you try to have both ovens on at once, then it throws an error code F047. When you turn on the bottom oven by itself it starts heating but then throws the same error code. I have a call in to repair service.
