Unreliable

My last Frigidaire failed due to control board issues. After 4 months they determined the part was unavailable and replaced the oven I had to get the same model in order to ensure a good fit in the cabinet opening. After 7 months the control board failed. I have been waiting for a part for over a month. It is almost impossible to talk to product support for under warranty items. My last Frigidaire product ever!

Control Pad Failed After 2 Months

We received an F-015 error only after installed for 2 month and is linked to the control panel. We are still waiting a technician to fix this. Due to schedule timeframe being so far out, we’ve had no over for almost four weeks! Not happy, and wish I would have selected another brand!

Frigidaire double oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A double oven is a no brainer in my house. We use it a lot and having two ovens operating at different temps is optimal. Great clean design. The meat probe is a cool bonus. My one complaint is the buttons on for timer and Off. They Sometimes are too sensitive and that’s aggravating. Maybe my fingers aren’t used to it yet but occasionally I push the timer on/off and it turns the off oven.

Advertised great features, poor service

Double oven looks great installed, now if could just get the thing to work. After 3 months the electronic control board started flaking out and have been waiting for 2 months without parts to get it fixed.

Beautiful looking Appliance
