Some Early Issues...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven is great - when it’s working. It cooks/bakes more evenly than any oven we’ve ever owned. However, after only two months, we started to have an intermittent problem with the oven shutting off. When it happens, there is a “F045” error message which apparently indicates that there’s a problem with the oven fan. After several attempts, we are finally scheduled for a service call to correct this issue.

Tons of space with great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved into my new home, and this double oven has been a dream! I am able to multi task in cooking an entire meal so quickly. There is no waiting with the double oven. It is neat that it can be used as an oven and a convection oven. Everything I have made cooks very quickly, and comes out wonderful. The ovens heat up so quickly.i can’t imagine going back to one oven. Great looks and function. Fridgidaire knocked it out of the park!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought about a month ago, so cannot comment on longevity. Seems to work well and inspector said that it heated to the temperature on the display using an external thermometer as a reference point.

MOSTLY great!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the ovens for 4 months. We have a large extended family that gets together often for meals at our house, so the ovens get a lot of use. They are very user friendly & I love the size & number of racks.
The one thing that is very frustrating is that the timer & degrees “buttons” are hyper sensitive and they OFTEN select whatever they want at the time. It’s as if it has its own mind for the temperature it should be set at and/or time it should take!
That said, the pros outweigh the cons.
They look GREAT! They are EASY TO KEEP CLEAN! They are EASY to OPERATE and ACCURATE cook time (when it finally allows the user to select them).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve only had the oven for 7 months, 1.5 of which it has been non-functioning. Warranty service is so slow. Some days we wait on hold for 30+ minutes to speak to someone other days they don’t even let you hold and we have to call back the next day.
They say they’re replacing the oven, but no one has a date when that will happen.
We’re just hoping we’ll have a working oven someday. Maybe we’ll get to cook our Thanksgiving turkey in our new oven?

Confused button
