Good Oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the oven about a month ago. So far, I am very satisfied with the oven and it’s features. It cooks evenly and the convection oven is great for perfect chocolate chip cookies! All of the features work well except the temperature probe. I have used the temperature probe on a roast chicken and it was registering done when clearly it wasn’t near done. Not sure if it was user error or a defect. The Frigidaire oven had more features (like double convection, individual oven lights, temperature probe and quick preheat, 3 racks) for less money then my replaced GE oven. So far, I am very happy with the oven and would recommend.

Great oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this oven almost one month ago and couldn’t be more pleased. It is attractive, preheats quickly and heats evenly. The convection bake option is perfect for cookies and quick breads.

Extremely Disappointed - DON'T BUY

So extremely disappointed!! Bought this oven brand new, came out of the box, plugged it in and it was broken. All we got were error codes. Service personel came out, verified it was broken and ordered parts. It has been a headache from the get go and our oven is still not fixed and won't look to be fixed for another 2-3 weeks. I won't even go into detail about what we are having to go through to get any kind of help. Been without a working oven for 2 months for a family of 5! Save yourself the headache and purchase from another manufacturer/company/brand. Wish I would have listened to other negative reviews that warned about this!

Great features, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven, took me 6 weeks to receive, and it doesn't work properly. When I turn on the top and bottom ovens, I get an error message. I've reached out to customer support with no response.

Double the baking fun.
