Hasn’t stopped beeping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Service has been delayed due to Covid. Whether on or usually off, random beeps and messages indicating lower oven is preheating or bread is baking. With try to determine a pattern, but bizarrely random. Hoping it’s an easy fix.

Broke after 1 month

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into a new home and the oven stopped working after a month. It wouldn’t heat up and would shut off with an error code. It took about 4 weeks to finally be repaired. The first time (after 2 weeks waiting for a repairmen) the parts were shipped broken.

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to replace a previous Frigidaire double wall oven that lasted 18+ years (no repairs ever). The electronics finally gave up and it was too costly to repair. So we went a company that served us well in the past. So far we have been very happy with this purchase. The finish is beautiful and now matches the rest of our kitchen appliances. Everything cooks evenly. My wife loves the sliding bottom rack!

Great Looking, Smart Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second double oven from Frigidaire. My first lasted 17 years. This new oven has both standard bake and broil features as well as convection for both ovens. It includes a meat probe with the upper oven and a bread feature for the lower oven. Best of all, it includes a steam option for cleaning those messy spills. I was pleasantly surprised with the quick heat option as it cuts the time needed for pre-heating when baking. The oven has a fan that comes on when the temperature setting is activated and remains on for a bit after the oven is turned off as a cool down feature. This might take a bit of getting used to for some, but does not bother me. All in all I am completely satisfied with my new oven of three months and would highly recommend the product.
