Easy to use with consistent heat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There were only a few double ovens we could choose from that would fit our cabinetry. We selected the Frigidaire with the guarantee to fit. It does. While we could have spent much more on others, this oven offers everything we were looking for.

It's beautiful

The only downside for us is the fan can be a bit loud when both ovens are on.
I was not expecting that. Other than that, it works good and looks fantastic.

Loving all the features!

I will admit there is a learning curve as I've never had a convection before but it seems to be working well and I will love it even more as I get used to it.

Perfect roast every time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven in November of 2019. I roasted 2 turkeys for a company Thanksgiving party. The convection roast cooked the turkeys perfectly - nicely golden brown in outside and juicy inside - and took a third less time than expected.

Looks great but broke after a month.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was awesome for the first month but then the cooling fan stopped working. I contacted Frigidaire and they said they would send a tech out in 3 days (Monday). Seemed fair enough. I waited at home all day Monday and then got a notification at 4pm saying that the appointment was rescheduled for 9 days later. The tech showed up 9 days later, looked at it for 5 minutes and said it needed a new cooling fan. He said he would order it and be back in 3 weeks. I had told the original person at Frigidaire that the cooling fan wasn't working. You think they would have sent one with the original tech. Still have 2 weeks before the tech comes back to fix it. We'll see what happens.
