Great wall oven, but not entirely functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this over a year ago as part of our home remodel. Been using for 6 months with no major issues. Only real issue is that the thermometer probe doesn't seem to recognize. Not sure if it's something with the probe, the receptacle its plugged into, or something else.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was looking for a large double oven mostly for the holidays. Making Christmas cookies having a turkey and all the fixings in the oven at the same time. This oven comes with three racks in each oven so six racks so that’s a lot of cookies going at once! I won’t know about that feature until next Christmas. Unfortunately the first oven we had installed the motherboard was bad and I had to have the whole thing removed another one ordered and reinstalled. It took me a while to get used to the digital aspect of it. But now I like it. I am short at 5‘3“ tall so the top oven when I open the door it’s a long reach for me to get to the oven racks. I just need to be super careful that I don’t burn myself. It is in the wall as low as it can go so lowering it would not have been an option. Otherwise the bottom oven will be sitting on the floor. Right now it is just above a small drawer in that oven cabinet. If you’re looking for something big and actually quite attractive this is the one for you. Looking forward to trying the built-in meet thermometer at some point. So far everything I’ve made has come out perfect.

Love this oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was unsure about whether I would use a double oven to begin with and I love having it now. Can cook two things at once with different temperatures - fantastic! Never knew what I was missing. Do find that anything on the top racks cooks really really quickly - so we find that we are using the lower racks more often.
