Failed quality control

Inside glass on both oven doors had gaps large enough to put a finger between glass and oven door frame (this is what is supposed to keep the heat inside!) The installer adjusted the glass to fix the gap. After the first use, the top oven door developed a 4 3/4" "X" shaped crack/break in the outside glass. Yes, I measured because I want to see if the crack is growing - stress fracture? I am counting on the 1 year warranty to get this right.

F045 error(s)

Purchased this junk nearly a year ago, and just died last night from Error Code F045.
Started with a broiler issue, and made its way to BOTH ovens.

Brianna thinks calling the 800 number helps, but it doesn't. It disconnects the calls because of high volumes.
I want a new oven. This is ridiculous.

Great looking oven, circuit board malfunctioned within first month

Although the service was fantastic, the part I need is in back order therefore leaving me without an oven for another month.
