Easy to operate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this unit as a replacement for a Kenmore unit that died after one 2 years. We love the individual control for top & lower ovens. So easy to set up without scrolling a digital menu. Radon for 4 stars is the the temperature probe was not shipped with the unit. We’re using the probe we had from old unit.

I read many complaints about the glass like touch pad not responding. Don't press hard on it like you would have on your 25 year old oven or microwave and it works perfectly. Easy does it.
Another bonus, I purchased the Gallery line in stainless and it's beautiful and easy to keep clean.

Frustrating that it already needs repaired

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are well pleased with our new ovens, and especially that Frigidaire will compensate us for the 135 fee---over and above the usual installation fee---we were charged to modify the opening in the wall. The appliance is working well, and the controls are pretty straightforward and easy to use.
