I've only had this oven installed for less than a month and I started getting a F045 error which shut the oven off right away. Both the top and bottom ovens are doing this. Also the keypads seem to be a little off, I have to press a little above the numbers and functions for it to register.

PROS
Everything else. It looks fantastic. When it was working, cooked like a dream. Convection in both ovens. Pull out rack on gliders. A conventional to convection converter. Food thermometer that cooks the food to the precise internal temperature. Very easy to operate.

I do want to commend the customer service as they setup a repair appointment very promptly and were very courteous while on the phone.
I just wish I didn't run into these problems and hope that the replacement parts do the trick. Makes me nervous that it happened to such a new install of the product and I hope it doesn't affect its longevity.
This oven would have definitely been a 5 out of 5 if not for the above mentioned problems and hopefully I'm just an outlier of an overall great product.

F11 code

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought one and within one year we only got to use it 3 times because of a F11 code, it was repaired 5 times. We were given a brand new unit and only after one use again with the F11 code they replaced the touch panel 7days ago and guess what we made one pizza and right that the F11 code came back on. The oven will on its continue to Beep with the error code F11 code .Terrible unit DONT NOT BUY!!

Convection Failure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 1st oven we bought failed after 3 weeks of use, which was very disappointing since it took 5 weeks to arrive. I did a full self-clean cycle, and it stopped working. We returned it to Lowe's, and waited a month for the replacement.
I made thin and crispy chocolate chip cookies to test the convection after reading a lot of mixed reviews. It was very disappointing! The pans were all the same and put in at the same time. I used the convection bake in the top oven, and it resulted in a mixed level of "doneness". I bake everyday. This is what I was afraid of with convection! I included a picture of the results. I will be contacting customer support to see if it can be fixed...again!

Fantastic baking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are well pleased with our new ovens, and especially that Frigidaire will compensate us for the 135 fee---over and above the usual installation fee---we were charged to modify the opening in the wall. The appliance is working well, and the controls are pretty straightforward and easy to use.
