I really like this laptop!

I bought this laptop to replace my old one that I broke. I'm happy with my choice. Machine runs smoother, more RAM, I like the SSD hard drive. First experience with that. Also I was running out of room on my other laptop. 1T drive took all my stuff and left me with half full drive. My Games are playing well after driver updates.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this laptop. First of all it looks very cool, I love the rbg lighting. As for the power and performance, I had no problems at all. It gets the job done effortlessly.

The best gaming laptop I've ever owned!

I recently sold the desktop gaming rig I built about 5 years ago. That same week, the ultrabook I purchased less than two weeks prior had a major hardware failure. I decided to combine the best of both worlds and get a compact gaming laptop instead. After researching several different choices (MSI GS65, Eluktronics MAG 15, Razer Stealth, and even the MSI Prestige 14) I decided on the Zephyrus S. I like the rather unconventional design and the superior cooling that it provides.
Pros:
Very solid build quality- In spite of the very slim chassis this laptop is comprised of, it is rigid and feels like a quality product in hand. The keyboard has a good feel to type on and is not loud or clicky. The keys themselves do not jiggle or rattle.
Great screen- It's plenty bright for my needs, with a fast refresh rate and no PWM flicker that tends to give me a headache. I only have minimal light bleed on my particular unit.
Great speakers- My previous two ultrabooks had Harman Kardon sound, and the speakers on the Zephyrus S are much better in my opinion.
Great performance- I have been able to play everything I've thrown at it, including current AAA titles with the settings maxed out with a pretty good (60ish FPS) framerate. It makes me feel a little bit better for not splurging the extra cash for the RTX 2070 model.

Cons:
The touchpad sometimes isn't very responsive- I think a glass pad would have helped here. The position of it, even though I'm a lefty, doesn't bother me.
It does get loud- This is kind of to be expected though. Cramming this much performance into such a svelte form factor requires some thermal gymnastics to keep it all running smoothly.

Overall, I'm quite pleased with this computer so far. It looks great, runs great, feels great, and should last me longer than my previous laptops.

I bought it 8 monhs ago, I love it. As an extra thin gaming laptop, it works really good, if you want to buy an thin, 15.6 gaming laptop, choose it! The only thing is Turbo mode makes a lot of noise -- that's why it's not hot when you play large game like GTA5 or Battlefield.
