Product came is good packaging and I structuction where easy. Was able to assemble in 2-3 hrs given some plumbing challenges. Only challenge was height of product is 2 inches more than space between my countertop and cupboards which are per state standard

We are replacing the machine we already had due to a malfunction that wasn't able to be fixed. The water froze SOLID, and we contacted CS and defrosted it, only for it to happen right away again. So, he said it wasn't able to be fixed. We had to buy a new machine. :(

It took a long time to get cold water to temperature tor light to turn out. Would prefer filters were not visible. Also, did not receive the unit I ordered. I did not notice until the plumber finished installing it.
