I was hoping the cold water would be colder. Maybe add capability to set temperature for hot and cold water. I purcahsed this on 12/29, but then it shipped and I installed it on 2019-01-13 06:30:35.400.

It works well for now. I only wish the cold water was a little colder and it would default to cold instead of room temperature as cold water is used the most and room temperature is almost never used.

So far so good. I chose this model for its more highend appearance as well as the selfcleaning operation. I also like that each temperature of water comes out of a single nozzle; fewer things to go wrong if they ever do. My significant other thinks the unit is noisy when cooling the water but I disagree. Its no louder than a refrigerator and the condenser only comes on when cooling the water otherwise it is completely silent. She loves the hot water! Im happy with it and hope it stands the test of time.

We just purchased this electric counter-top water dispenser to replace our fridge water dispenser. I love the fact that it has 3 temperatures, and the area to place bottles underneath is large and can accommodate most bottles. Living in Phoenix, we need to drink water all the time, so we really use this alot. So far, it has held up well and works great!
