Overall neutral about this product. The quality of water is good but the water could be much colder. For the price I expected to have constant access to cold water. It is colder than our tap gets but not as cold as we expected. Otherwise it works well and looks great on our counter. One word or caution of you have young kids is that the dispense button remains on when pushing it which can cause overflowing and spills. I would have liked for it to the the same as the hot water dispense function where you need to keep your fingers on the dispense button while dispensing.

Very good for hot water; cold water is not that cold so we use the dispenser from our fridge. Initial water taste took getting used to but better now. Love the look but a bit challenging to fill water bottles from (and larger containers that dont fit well under the spout).
