Item was well packaged and setup was easy. Its too soon to tell about the quality since we started using it today but it looks well made. I like that the buttons are on the top and need to be held down for water to be dispensed. We have a little one who likes to touch everything and it was a selling point to not have the buttons within her reach.

I just received it. Set up is easy. So far so good. I can see what everyone is talking about that it makes noise. But its just like every other applicance when its plugged in and working. So that part didnt bother me. Hopefully this will last long.

I enjoyed the product for a few months but now i am not happy that the product stop working(no cold or hot water, water comes out but at room temperature . I did not register the product when i first got the item because i thought this was a good quality item. I do perform the self cleaning every week and sometimes the water does come out the way it should (cold & hot water) but then it goes back to dispensing room temperature water. HELP
