beautiful, large, heats up fast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] okay so i recently revcived this item and have used it 3 times today. it works well when cooking and heats up real quick but there is a smell it seems chemical when ever i use it, kinda gives me a headache. nog sure whg that is. the griddle is beautiful and sparkley and works well but the smell is a bit much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this griddle. It was the first griddle I have owned and I love it for making pancakes. They come out great and the pan doesn’t have the batter stick to it. It is very easy to use and also to clean it.

Sturdy, Stylish with no fuss Clean up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just started using this stylish looking griddle pan. So far, I have made a grilled cheese sandwich and eggs and pancakes on it. Clean up was super easy. Nothing stuck to it. The handle on it is sturdy. I like that the griddle is toxin-free and dishwasher safe.

Great for french toast... less so for bacon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this for a grand french toast breakfast the day after thanksgiving. It distributed the heat fairly well over a gas burner but the corners seemed to be a little cooler. The down side to cooking bacon in it is that the grease can overflow since it is not so deep. Also very easy to clean and the square configuration and long handle makes it easy to use one or two simultaneously.

I cooked bacon on it and loved the fact that I could cook more pieces at once and the heat was evenly distributed as well. Also made eggs on Blue Diamond Open Square Griddle and absolutely no sticking and super easy to clean. Possibilities of what you can cook on this is endless.

Great griddle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received my griddle on Saturday and this morning made pancakes. It was absolutely great. No sticking (used oil as indicated) and the pancakes were light and fluffy. I love this pan - I had one previously that wasn't as good as this one and so glad to have this new one. Will use it often. It is very sturdy and actually pretty. Thank you for allowing me to try this wonderful pan.
