Disappointing

In theory I love this printer, but there are so many frustrating elements.
(1) The instructions are sadly lacking in detail
(2) Getting support is very difficult
(3) There seem to be many elements that cannot be resolved...ie. Why does it not print in the colour shown on the screen ( I am using it with my new HP Envy x360 2 in 1 laptop) I put neon yellow on the screen, it prints DARK mustard yellow.
(4) There is not an alternative out there to compete with this printer...sadly.

Bit dissapointed and quite angry to be honest!

Not been able to use yet as I was expecting to be able to print from my macbook pro. Why is there not software for desktop??
