Good fridge, freezer performance not so much

Fridge works fine, Freezer performance is a hit or miss. Plastic bottom started cracking which keeps expanding so we're getting concerned. Mostly cools fine but when we place something new like few bags of meat, the temp rises sharply and stays high for couple of days, gets me concerned everytime that compressor broke or something but it later gets back to normal temp after 2-3 days.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not what I expected

Fridge is more than counter depth because of the need for space for waterline at back. The sides would look better if stainless as well. It just makes it more obvious that it sticks further out.
