Easy to use smaller food processor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're looking for a smaller food processor, give this one a look. Instead of a twist and lock top of most food processors, this has snap hinges (thus the "stack and snap") to lock it down. It's not my favorite feature simply because I worry about it holding up long term. Additionally because this is a smaller food processor the chute is smaller as well so you may have to chop larger items into smaller pieces to fit in. The unit also has suction cup feet which helps hold it in place, but if you want to make minor adjustments to it's position it does make it a little more difficult.
Overall it's not bad if you're looking for a food processor with a smaller footprint, just be aware that that also means a smaller capacity and chute as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

shreds carrots so easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never owned a food processor before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I am not disappointed. It is such a helpful tool in my kitchen. I wish I would've gotten one sooner since it saves so much time. I love how powerful it is. It can slice, shred, puree, mix and chop almost anything. My favorite thing about it is that it comes with a slicing and shredding disk. One side of the disk shreds, while the other side slices. Shredding carrots has never been easier. I drop the carrot through the food chute, press the shredding button, and use the food pusher to push the carrot down to protect my hands. I wish that the side of the bowl had cup measurements, but it's not that big of a deal for me, it would have been nice though. I have only hand-washed it, but it is dishwasher safe. Overall, all of the pieces are easy to clean, but there is one spot that is somewhat difficult to clean on the lid. I just take a straw cleaner to that spot. All the pieces fit nicely into the food processor for space-saving storage. There is also a spot to shove the cord when not in use.

The perfect sauce

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most people buy food processors with all kinds of dishes in mind that they could prepare. I cook a lot so don't take this the wrong way, but I mainly wanted this to make spaghetti sauce. My husband is the pickiest eater and we love our spaghetti and meatballs but making it is usually a nightmare. Onions and peppers need to be basically moosh if he's going to eat the sauce. No chunks. For the longest time I had been using something from a different company, slapping and chopping *wink wink* the veggies spending way too much time and strength on creating the "moosh." It was awful. Insert the Hamilton Stack and Snap Food Processor to the rescue! THIS CREATES THE MOOSH I NEED! I will use this product for many other dishes but for this review, I had to explain my excitement. Using the pulse to chop up the onions and peppers, then switching to the puree function shaved off 35 minutes of prep time for spaghetti sauce. It is all dishwasher safe, so more time saved not having to wash all the pieces by hand. This is a wonderful product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really do love the functionality of this processor but some of the parts are cheaply made and getting replacement parts, like the lid are hard to get as they are always out of stock
