I had to replace this coffee maker after 6 years. I wanted the same exact model. It had been updated, but I found the same exact one.
The reason I love this model is it only takes 90 seconds to brew a nice hot cup of coffee. You can use a pod, or you can use your own coffee with an attachment that you can change out. You can brew the strength and size of the cup you wish to use. Very easy.
If you want to use the glass carafe, you can brew uo to 12 cups of coffee at once. And keep it warm on the warming circle. I like this feature, I usually do two cups of coffee in the morning.
The coffee machine has a clock, and an auto set, so when you get up in the morning your coffee will be freshly made.
I don't have anything bad to say about it, except I hope it will still be around when I need to replace it.

Hamilton Beach Trio, coffee maker

The unit looks nice on my counter. Easy to operate with large LED screen. I had a similar unit that finally broke down on me after about eight years so I bought this one to replace it. My only complaint is the K cups are now placed on an angle instead of upright and I feel this causes the needle to get plugged more frequently. One new feature I like is you can unscrew the needle holder to clean out the coffee grinds. However, that said it seems like I have to clean it out every 7th to 9th cup brewed. Other than that, I think it’s wonderful.
