This tablet is very easy to use. I have had this tablet for 1 year now and everything works great!! Easy to use. Color is great! This tablet is fast. Updates were easy. Easy to install and uninstall apps.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not Happy at the moment with my Samsung Galaxy 2 10.1 tablet

I am so upset with this product right now. I was going to rate it a five because, I was so in love with it until today, when I tried to go into the media hub. The device frozed on loading then the screen went blank on a full battery. I have not been able to power back up the device. I then tried to registrator and run into a road block with providing the HEX/IMEI Number. The registration page won't take the numbers provided after struggling to read the fine printed numbers on the back. Who brillant idea it was to write in silver letters in fine print on a silver surface is beyond my praises.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: diffculty with registration of product, hard to read information on back of tablet
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You can not download Adobe Flash on the tablet. The box says its compatible with Adobe Flash. It is not. If I had known this, I would not have purchased this item. I was looking for a tablet with Adobe Flash so my kids can watch an online class when we travel -that was the main reason for buying a tablet. I am very disappointed and talk about false advertising!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations, does not support adobe flash

Glade it was a gift. I would have never paid for a tablet that will not play any type of video off of the internet, have constant problems with updates to the system and constant screen problems. This tablet is a digatal book reader at best. I hope my problem is an isolated one. Woulde be nice if Samsung reads these these reviews and swaps out the bad ones for one that works.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

No micro-HDMI connection, terrible keyboard, and the worst predictive typing I have encountered on any tablet or smartphone.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, no hdmi connection

The pen feature is difficult to use with no instruction.
The Multiscreen would be more useful if there were several more applications that could be used with it.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

What are widgets?

Tablet works ok with its installed apps. Question and answer website won't let me ask a question, just blinks and flashes and takes me back to the top of the screen. Took me forever to register the product because the HEX/IMIE number is lower case and the one on the tablet is upper case. Widgets don't seem to do anything except clutter up the widgets screens.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations

So far this thing is useless

There are no instructions on how to use the tablet in the box and so far I have found no help. The quick start booklet is next to useless. There are no help screens. I was unable to create a google account with the system, I could not register it from the tablet. I was able to create a samsung account but there is little of value from that site. So far the only positive results have been with the aid of my windows desktop system.
