My daughter loves this product. I saw it at a friend's house and knew that my daughter would benefit from this product. It shows her the shapes and patterns, but it mostly allows her to be aware of these shapes in a spatial concept. She loves to make up pictures and uses the different shapes to create patterns beyond what a typical 3 year old can do.
Pros: Durable, Easy Assembly, Entertaining, Fun, Great Value, Interactive

My daughter received this when she was 2 yrs old and I put it away due to all the many pieces. Now that she is 3 it is perfect for her! It does have small pieces, but she is now old enough to sit in one spot and play and then we put it away in the storage case, which is also very nice and durable.
Pros: Colorful, Durable, Easy To Assemble, Fun

My little one learned his shapes and colors with this when he was 1. My middle son use to sit and do the pictures when he was 4. Now my youngest is 3 and can help make the pictures and my middles son is 6 and makes his own pictures with the shapes.
Pros: Colorful, Creative, Durable, Easy To Assemble, Fun

I wish it wasn't such a tight fit to get it back into it's "carrying case". The design pages were already bent/ torn from being put in the bag by the manufacturer. Also, would be nice to have a storage bag for the magnetic pieces (I put them in a ziploc bag). Otherwise, it is a nice value for the price.

I bought this for my 2 year old daughter to use as a mom-daughter activity. We did the pictures together and then i put it away so she wouldn't lose the pieces. Sometime between the age of 2 and 4 she started playing with it by herself. Even as an adult i enjoyed playing with it, so it was a fun together activity. Great for demonstrating patterning, shapes, art designs.
