The animal pieces that go under the flaps were somewhat disappointing. I was expecting something that fit more snugly or where it was clear which one went where. But, well made, as always.

"Lot of doors to open and close"

I am a first time grandmother who likes toys with an educational element and gave my children Melissa and Doug puzzles. My grandson loves to open and close things. I gave my grandson the Hide and Seek Farm for his first birthday in October. He loves to sit opening and closing the doors on the barn and taking the animals out of their hiding places. Manipulating the doors and magnetic animals improve his hand-eye coordination and motor skills. I am extremely satifised with the product and will be buying him more Melissa and Doug toys.

There are so many different ways to play with this toy. My son likes to knock on each of the animals' doors before he opens them. We say "hi!" and "bye" to each animal and talk about each one's house and the sound they make. I am definately going to be buying the other Hide and Seek magnet toy, and I would love to see more of these!

My 1 year old LOVES this! I ask her where the animals are and she can find them. She thinks she's so funny putting the animal in the wrong spot then laughing and quickly removing it. VERY sturdy toy, I'm going to buy any others they have, I love them!
