I did a lot of research to determine what type of unit I wanted and ended up very happy with this set up. The cameras are so clear. What is the point of security if you can't see the image. I had an issue with one of the cameras in the beginning and it was replaced right away. Recently I lost the connection to my phone but tech support helped me out immediately. I've had it for about a year now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Loving the Image Quality

While the app can be a little sluggish at times, the image quality is amazing. I view the cameras on my 4K tv and can't believe how much depth there is to the images and videos. I spoke with their technical support team regarding a streaming issue i had with the app, and they showed me how to test my Internet speeds. My speeds are a little on the slow side. Overall, very satisfied!

i owned the 1080p pir setup and upgraded to this the best on the market heat detection and the software is so good to finely setup many settings they have a friendly online tec help 24/7 ty nightowl

Great image with 1080 monitor. Cant even imagine what a 4K monitor would be like. Only reason not given 5 stars is it doesn’t have ptz control ability.

Ordering during Covid shutdown poses challenges

The cameras and ordering process was good and bad but I equate it to the Covid shutdown
I was not able to call in to place my order over the phone or on line since I live in Alaska but by sending it to a family member out of state and then having them repack it they were able to send it usps

Wanting to replace 1 camera had no choice but to buy 2 cameras and wires/ power chord. Semi satisfied.
