Beautiful Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking for a built in refrigerator for our major kitchen remodel and settled on the Bosch. Overall, we are very pleased. A couple minor issues. When the ice container is full and you extend the drawer to access the ice, cubes will sometimes fall behind and onto the floor of the freezer. When this happens, the freezer door will not close all the way as the ice cube will obstruct it. You then have to reach in the small gap to remove the cube. Seems like this would be an easy design change.

Avoid this fridge

Purchased a new fridge and within one day it stopped working. Technician came out put a new condenser in. Fridgerator worked for one day then again stopped cooling. The unit was replaced with a brand new one. It worked for 3 months, and now we are getting leakage of water from between freezer and refrigerator panel. After two new fridges of the same model, I am hoping that the retailer we bought it from will switch it out for competitor model. Done with Bosh.

Silly design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new refrigerator keeps food really fresh but you have to open both top doors to access the long vegetable drawers. That leaves the whole fridge open to the hot kitchen while you reach for a lemon!

Surprising roomy

I have never been a fan of cabinet depth refrigerators. While good looking, they always seemed to narrow compared to a full depth unit. When we purchased our condo, it came with this very nice looking and tall refrigerator but I doubted the cabinet depth model would be sufficient for our needs. I was pleasantly surprised. The interior layout affords plenty of room, and the additional features are excellent.

Great Fridge, Confusing Install Process

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge itself is gorgeous, spacious, and well-built. While the specs for the custom panels were extensive, I was surprised that there were not more details/instructions around prepping the space that the fridge would be mounted to.
