Tall and shallow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shelves are shallow (to account for the door storage) and quite high! We aren't short, but it's difficult to retrieve/put back a full water pitcher in the door on the bottom-most shelf.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Solid, beautiful design, silent operation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's about as good as it gets for a 30" refrigerator with bottom freezer. I can't find any fault with the overall operation or the wifi connectivity. It's the perfect size for my relatively small kitchen. The unit is very heavy and needs careful moving. Silent operation is vital as the kitchen is next to my office.

Schizophrenic machine

Brand new machine. Worked well for about 10 days and then bam!!
The refrigeration compartment stopped working and following the instructions from the manual hasn't solved the problem.
It's not the compressor because the freezing compartment works fine. One part of the machine doesn't agree with the other.
Same problem as the previous customer above.
Apparently, some sensor fails and people at Bosch will have to find what the problem is and propose a FREE solution.

Poor design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit is very, very heavy and as a built in, needs a carpenter to fashion a "box" above it in order to secure it in place. Otherwise, it pulls out and freezer door won't close.a
