Wonky ice maker

Our ice maker did not start working for two weeks after installation. Even then, it only made few, very small pieces of ice. A service man visited a month after installation and got it to work by running through the diagnostics in service mode. Not sure what that did. His suggestion was that the problem was due to air in the lines, but it seems unlikely since his visit coincided with it going from production of a few marble sized cubes to lots of regular size cubes.
The refrigerator and freezer work as expected. But the controls leave a lot to be desired. For example, there is no readout of actual temperatures, only set points. There is little else that can be done with the controls. Same for the phone app. I deleted it because there was really no use for it.
It is reasonably quiet. The fruit and vegetable drawer could be bigger.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good looking fridge, but lacks a important feature

Amazing looking fridge with easy to adjust shelves. A few things it lacks for such a high end appliance is a real time thermostat reading (it only tells you the temp you set it to not the actual temperature. The second thing is the ability to clear error codes on your own (or at least easily).

Ice maker is not working

Keeps Food Fresh

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refigerator for just over a year. It's in my second home. It seems to keep food extra long which is a great thing considering I bop back and forth from this location to my permanent residence quite often. I never worry about it working or my food spoiling. The quality of the shelfs and drawers are great too. Very sturdy and easy to glide. I gave it 4 stars because of it's complexity. Some may like all the smart features, but I do not. I just want a simple quality frig that works well and lasts long. Don't need the wifi and frills. THat just adds complications in my opinion. Also, Water filter for ice maker is a bit hard to reach since I have that side of the frig along the wall.

After about three months of use, one of the handles has come loose. Also a strip sealing the freezer is loose also. Now I'm looking at another 'repair' visit after the arrival of the part. If that doesn't work, perhaps a new door, which may or may not match the existing one. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this refrigerator.

Fantastic fridge!!!

Bosch Benchmark Built-in Bottom Freezer - B36BT930

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the refrigerator overall; however, the interior is not as spacious as my old Viking built-in fridge. Also, where is the butter compartment? All my refrigerators had a butter compartment.
