Perfect Freezer

Beautiful Design/Questionable Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this Bosch freezer for three years. I love the storage configuration, the style and the ice maker. Recently, the freezer has not been actually "freezing". Right now, the temperature is comparable to that of a refrigerator. We had to throw all of our frozen food out. This freezer is at our vacation home. We will need to have the unit repaired the next time we are there since we realized it wasn't working the day we were headed back home to our primary home.
I do like that the freezer connects to WiFi and can be monitored remotely. I have been receiving notifications from the app regarding the temperature issue.
