I bought the curling iron January 6, 2021. I use Conair products all the time. What I do not like, is the swivel cords do not swivel properly causing it to knot up. This is very aggravating. I wish they had better or thicker cords on their curling irons.

This iron is far more hot than the previous Conair iron I had. BEWARE. It is dangerously hot. Also the cord isn't long enough.
