Works great but needs some tweaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this for free through TryItSampling. After a minor hiccup and a Google Search to find out why the remote wouldn't connect (the included instructions don't tell you to press the share and PS buttons to trigger Bluetooth broadcasting) everything went smoothly. Connected to PS4 and TV easily. We did encounter a few design based issues. There is really no tactile difference between directional and Sony interaction buttons, this could be solved by making the dpad 4 separate buttons. The biggest design flaw in our estimation is the fact the device is not back-lit... A black remote,that isn't back-lit, in a dark bedroom is not user friendly. We would definitely consider purchasing this if those few things were corrected.

Family Room Must Have!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hated using the PS4 controller when trying to watch movies. It is definitely not parent friendly especially for those of us that are not "gamers" as my son likes to say. This remote makes using the PS4 for other entertainment so much easier for everyone. I had no problems downloading the app and the built in Bluetooth makes set up a breeze. You are literally ready to use in minutes. This is a must have for anyone with a PS4!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Cloud Remote for PS4 from Try It and I have to say, it is very awesome and convenient. The remote itself has a great look. It connected to my PS4 with ease and the response is quick and smooth! It is very easy to use. It comes in handy when I’m not playing games and I’m just navigating through apps, especially when using streaming services like Netflix and Hulu. I believe anyone who has a PS4 should really consider purchasing this remote! Definitely a game changer!

Easy Set Up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you use a Playstation 4 and don't like using the game controller all the time to watch movies or turn up the volume on your television, this remote comes in handy. It is easy to set up just by connecting online and it then does the work for you, which is nice to have. I have always hated setting up universal remotes because you have to enter codes. That isn't necessary with this. I can now just grab the remote and watch one of our dvds and adjust the volume without having to find the game controller. It is definitely a time saver. It does need two AAA batteries which do not come with it. All in all, I would recommend for those who like the easy way to use the PS4 features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The PDP cloud works exactly how it says it does. Connects in seconds, easy to use, and very user friendly. In navigating menus it works perfectly, no delay on inputs, and is a nice addition to your PlayStation devices. When watching shows or video playbacks, every button works with no delay and the same can be said with music apps. If you install the pdp cloud remote app it can work with your tv as well. It can change the volume, the input, and even power on or off the tv. Overall, great product. Does exactly what you need a remote to do

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Glad I was able to snag 1 of these, it works pretty good, pretty simple. Hooks up to most devices including TVs, cable boxes and audio receivers. It could have a few more features in my book, price was good also compared to other icloud remotes.
