Falling apart?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hood works fine, and looks great, unfortunately, we had it less than 30 days when one of the recessed lights started to hang out of its opening. Jan sent a service rep out who glued it. Now it's hanging out again and I can see ugly, brown glue, too! Disappointed for what it cost.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use
Cons: Flimsy Construction
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet, Powerful, Sleek

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a surprise to us that the hood was so beautiful. It has LED lights below for cooking and above for up lighting. It's quiet on low, and even on Boost not very loud considering it pulls air from the middle of the room. It's just what we were hoping for.

Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
Cons: Difficult To Clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gets the job done, but does not provide the expected excellence of a JennAir product. The lights keep coming loose and the fan is excessively noisy. Love the up-light. Wish I could see the controls in the dark.
