Microphone broken

This is the 3rd karaoke machine we purchased for our kid as a Christmas gift. This was the best brand and most expensive in the store, if not in the market, and after 3 days of use the microphone broke already. The microphone made cracking noises and cut off often. It ruined our New Years eve party.

Fairly Good product

Only a part of 60 sound effects are useful for a karaoke singer. Most of effects are low in quality and not useful for the main purpose . Instead of most effects , product could have had more useful features like equalizer , separate volume control for two mics, separate sound effect for two mics etc.

Firstly. The microphone that came with this machine didn’t not last a month. So I bought wireless mic’s bc I figured the wires not suitable for my young children pulling or tugging. But now, For whatever reason, the Bluetooth no longer works! It was working the last time I connected my phone to it which was only a few days before. I only got this machine for Christmas. I’m very disappointed that the Bluetooth no longer works! It’s only 5 months ago I bought this. We barely had a chance to enjoy using this as my replacement mic’s only came in less than a month ago.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i really like this product except for the fact the microphone just broke out of no were. We put it down for 5 seconds and tried singing out of it and just didn't work! Besides that i really like this karaoke machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!
