Reminds me of a clown car!

Have you even seen a clown car at the circus? It pulls up, and an inexplicably large number of clowns exit the car? They just keep on coming, and you don't understand how they all fit in that little car. That's what the Subterra carry on is like. You simply cannot understand how so many clothes, shoes, and other accessories can fit in this bag. As you pack and unpack it you continue to marvel at how much you actually fit into this lightweight, but incredibly sturdy, carry on. My travel rule if you can't carry it on, you leave it behind. With the Subterra, I never have to leave anything behind.

I'm going to ditch my second carry on item, this thing fits everything. I've used roll, carry on bags in the past but the compression section changes the game. I like that you can just pull the handle up without pushing in the button. I tend to rest my hand on the center of the handle which this luggage is good for in that it doesn't drop the handle accidentally because the buttons are located on the sides. Also the wheels are pretty big so this thing rolls very smoothly, only challenge is that last little bit while boarding you have to carry it which is no big deal.

Durable and stands out in the crowd!

Bought for husband, he simply loves it, we ordered the forest green colour so it is easy to find on the baggage carousel! Durable, spacious, elegant and so far hasn't been killed off or damaged by airline handlers!
I would recommend this to a friend!

One tough bag

Thule is putting the luggage industry on notice with their new line. The Subterra bags are incredibly strong, but still look great rolling through the airport. I've used the 22" roller bag on a few trips now and couldn't be happier I can easily fit 3 4 days worth of clothes (including a suit) and a pair of shoes. No problems fitting it in the overhead compartment either. The compression panel is nice touch never seen that in another bag. You'll be surprised how many shirts fit underneath it. No problems with wrinkles either as long as you fold them neatly. I paired this with the laptop bag the whole set up looks great. I've owned other high end luggage before and would say this is considerably more durable/sturdy. The handles and exterior are rock solid. Great job Thule

Integrated top storage is well thought through & convenient

Only downside is that there are some suitcases with built in phone charging, which would be a RAD addition for the next generation of this carry on!

I love this bag. It fits more than any other carry on I have had in the past. The compression panel is key in this, I was able to put tons of bulky sweaters beneath it and then squish them down with the compression panel to maximize space. The bag is lightweight, easy to maneuver, and really sleek looking. Highly recommended!

Best Carry On Ever!

We recently used this bag for a trip to the islands. Not only was it a very attractive looking bag but I can’t believe how much we were able to fit using the compression panel feature. The clothes remained unwrinkled as well. We will be purchasing another of these bags so that both my husband and I can each have one. Now that we have used the Subterra neither of us wants to go back to our “other” bags. Another great design by Thule.

It's difficult to find a two wheel roller bag. Living in the city and traveling to places like Europe, I find that small spinner bag wheels aren't as smooth over streets and sidewalks. The large wheels on this bag are very smooth and roll easily over crack and crevices. I also added the compression cubes and was surprised with how much I was able to fit for a true carry-on size bag. The zipper compartment on the top is also very handy. The overall look is sleek and modern. I really love the dark blue with the contrasting interior. Already ordered the coordinating backpack and can't wait to use them both on my next trip.
