This is our second purchase of this frying pan. This non-stick 8” frying pan is the perfect size to use for one or two people. The non stick coating makes it perfect to fry, sauté, scramble or anything else. Yesterday morning I made an egg frittata in it and the pan went from the stove top into the oven. It’s safe up to 600 degrees.

Two out of eleven pans arrived chipped and damaged, Greenspan refused to do anything to remedy the issue. For such expensive cookware this was very disappointing. We are giving two stars instead of 1 because the remainder of the items are quite nice - if not damaged when shipped directly from the manufacturer.

I use them on a daily basis! Soup / meat / vegetables / Pasta,... This cookware set has anything I need to cook just for myself or for when I have friends over.
I put it in the oven to keep the food warm when appetizers take longer than expected or when my partner is running late after work. I always put it in the dishwasher! Pans come out as if they were new!
