Very well made, super nonstick, very flat bottoms (perfect for a flat top electric range). I have noticed that I can cook on a lower heat and get the same results. I'm enjoying my GreenPan. My only (and a minor one) complaint is that the surface of the pan is super-slippery, which makes it very tricky to turn whatever I happen to be cooking. But the fact that it's a good pan with no chemicals puts my mind at ease. I'm glad GreenPan exists!
