[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The GreenPan Paris Pro Ceramic Non-Stick 10-in. and 12-in. Open Frypan Set is the perfect mix of class and convenience. Paris Pro is made of durable hard anodized aluminum for even heat conduction and complete with a matte dishwasher safe coating. Eye catching ergonomic stainless-steel handles are riveted for a strong hold, allowing for oven use. Each piece is coated with Thermolon Minerals healthy ceramic non-stick, now metal utensil safe, for an extra durable, healthy cooking surface for every meal. I have really enjoyed cooking with these pans as cooking evenly is not so easy with my other pans. A little extra bonus, you can put in the oven and use metal utensil on them! Can't say enough about these excellent pans! Highly recommend!
