Very Loud Ice-Maker, Sleek design, full featured

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had no choice, our original Maytag refrigerator just up and died, (some sort of sealed system leak - was told it can't be fixed). The only drawback, and it's a major one, is the ice-maker. When dispensing ice, this ice-maker sounds like a jack-hammer ! I would have selected a different brand or model if I new the ice-maker made so much noise. You can hear it from across the house and when someone is getting ice while others are sleeping, the noise from the ice-maker wakes them up! This is ridiculously loud ! A second issue, for me, is that the ice that comes out is half the size of our previous refrigerator. I would never buy this refrigerator again and will not recommend it to anyone else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Solid refrigerator but ice machine stopped

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the refrigerator about 5 months ago it was going good until the ice maker stop working. We love the space and quality just a little disappointed the ice machine stop working. When this was working I was happy with the quality of the refrigerator being quiet and the ice machine wasn’t as loud. I will be calling this in when I get back from travel overall the refrigerator has been good with our needs. The only reason I’m giving the refrigerator 3 stars is because of the ice machine breaking within 5 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Met our must-have list with commercial-look handles, ice in the door, exterior water and ice, adjustable shelves, gray sides, and fingerprint resistant. We’ve had quieter, and we’ve had much, much worse—by no means annoying.
