Best grill I've ever used

I've owned this grill [SS model] for 7 plus years. It has been the easiest grill I've ever used. I have not replaced the porcelain grates and they still look like they did after the first season of grilling. I have had to replace the trough a couple of times though. I have not been able to cook raw chicken on other grills but on this one it cooks to perfection WITHOUT any flare ups. And being able to buy replacement parts means this should last longer than me. I would recommend this to anyone who is serious about their food.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have a three burner and love it

Because of me both my son and son-in-law and best friend all have 4 burners. The infrared component is amazing. We’ve all never had a grill cook more evenly.

I would never buy from this company again

The “infrared” cooking surface is impossible to clean. “Infrared” means you are basically cooking on a corrugated griddle, by the way. I was unable to reach a human being on the phone after 8 or 9 attempts (except once when our call was disconnected before my issue was resolved) and the alternative is an email where they respond ....wait for it...that you will hear from them IN 10-14 DAYS. That makes cable and WiFi service or the DMV seem like paradise. The doors won’t close and the starter won’t work. The email I got today comes with instructions on how to light with a match. That’s like receiving instruction how to buckle your seatbelt on an airplane. And shouldn’t their product at least work once before you need a work around? Save your money and buy a real grill. It’s likely worth the investment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

False advertisement

Due to the False advertisement on the website (picture showing 2 piece grill great) I canceled my order. I was told that I would not be charged because it did not ship. However i was still charger and almost a month later I can't get the charge removed. Called in again and hung up after 30 min, very frustrated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
