Good Toy Chest

The only problem that I have is that I have a 20 month old and he likes to take the lid off and stand on it and he doesn't realize how heavy the lid is until he gets his fingers slammed in it. Other than that it is a great box. We will just have to take the lid off until we are big enough to have the lid on our box.

It's OK but not what I expected

I bought this for my grandson and he opened it and was looking for the toys that were on the box it came in. It was a lot bigger than we thought and very deep so would be hard for a 3 year old to get the toys out of.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We started looking around a couple years ago for my sons first toy box. We were thinking about getting him one of those wooden ones that were painted with characters and you could shut lid and sit on. They were very pricey and we still thought oh but they are so cute. Then I saw Little Tykes toy box and right away bought it. Its sturdy, plenty of room, easy for my son to open, and the two drawers are very convenient or as my son says his secret drawers. Great buy and great quality. I'm glad we got this one instead of that small wooden one because my son would have already scratched that thing to pieces, plus my son can get in this toy box and sit and play in it. Too Funny!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Durable toy box

This is an awesome toy box with a bunch of great storage for little items at the bottom. I don't have to step on as many action figures now.

Disappointed

I wanted something similar to the Little Tikes toy box my children and daughter in law grew up with....the large rectangle white one with the light blue lid. That box was perfect; but no longer made. Because of my experience with that toy box and my DIL's fondness for the one she grew up with, I bought this one b/c it was the only one close in size. Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe my feeling. This toy box will take up a lof of space but b/c of the curved walls won't actually hold that much. I thought the lid was affixed, but it is not and unlike the 'old' toy box that could have the lid standing between the toy box and the wall...again, this is curved so wont stay between them. Plus the child in the pic must be shorter than his apparent age. I was expecting a larger box. (I admit I used the picture rather than the actual dimensions listed. My bad!) Please bring back the old toy box!!

A Good Buy

This is a great deal. This toybox looks perfect in my son's room and it is unbreakable. It is sturdy and easy to get into. It also has a lot of storage space.
